In November I took a flight to Busselton and spent a fascinating few days in Margaret River. This is one of the most beautiful and remote spots on the Wine Route. I was there for the Pair’d Festival and tasted at Cullen Wines Leeuwin Estate and Moss Wood.

Time to get a new box. This is my filing cabinet. Tasting booklets for the last three vintages. Old school, works for me. This is why my heart sinks when I am invited to a wine tasting and told that the tasting booklet is ‘digital’. I’m sorry but I don’t bring my laptop to a walk around tasting.
