Similar situations can happen here when trying to get a 504/IEP because at least in k-12 it’s up to the counselor if they believe you
I was almost denied one based on the sole fact that my issues were different than my sisters so I had to have been fine (aka I had high functioning mental illness)

I wholeheartedly agree. Everyone who has an has a need for digital notes for any reason should have allowed that accommodation
Idk what accommodations look like where you live but we have 504 or IEP and I don’t even think those should be required for digital notes due to access struggles
