Both schools joined together for our end‑of‑term celebration assembly, recognising academic, sporting and musical achievements. We also honoured the 14 children awarded the Certificate of Excellence. We’re incredibly proud of all they’ve achieved.

Last week Year 3 concluded their learning on 'Take Flight', with their big write. The children really enjoyed engaging with this unit and demonstrate their ever growing writing skills!

This week, Years 5 and 6 were treated to a road safety assembly from Theriotact.

A fantastic first INSET day as 7 primaries last week! Brilliant Addresses from CEO Ian Hunter & Executive Headteacher Marianne Chapman, sessions led by Maths Lead Serena Smith, and valuable workshops with our PKC & School Support Teams, overall, a day of collaboration and growth!

Sports day was a blast! Take a look at what pupils across the school got up to.

Year 3 Beethoven attended an excellent workshop about plant scientists at Kew Gardens. They explored a variety of plants and also created their own botanical drawings. They went inside the Palm House and Temperate House and explored the Treetop Walkway!

Pupils were thrilled to meet the newly hatched ducklings! They got the chance to pet the fluffy arrivals and learn all about their first days of life. A truly heartwarming experience!
