Also, a different judge - Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick - raised concerns about grand jury procedures. That is still under review by a 3rd judge and could lead to a dismissal with prejudice

I spend a lot of time in Paris. Those aren’t always Americans…they are often French living in Paris (true Parisians are hard to come by).
The only way to distinguish them is weight (Americans are more likely overweight), speaking volume, and accent.

That can be rectified to some extent with a wealth tax (topping around 1%) and taxing borrowing against wealth as passive income with carve outs for home equity loans used specifically for upgrading a primary home (not buying a 2nd home or supporting lifestyle).
