This article reminds me why I support npr. Especially as corporate media is being bought up by billionaires. Thank you npr!

Merry Christmas to you too Mr. Steves. Thank you for doing this! For those who have resources to save or build a hygiene center, please consider that there are some of us with less funds that will contribute what we can if you will do the same.

Yes, long before the ACA became law, Republicans promised to fix healthcare. Problem: how to do that when bought by insurance companies and big pharmaceutical companies.

Just because they say they are Christian doesn’t make them one. No follower of Christ cheers on evil acts.

Just read a NY Post article that Hassett is Trump’s pick for Federal Reserve Chair. Taking this into context, if true - explains everything. It’s just a statement to get the job.

What complete BS! Now we’re responsible for car accidents or sports injuries or things we can’t control that affect our health? This is beyond stupid.

Me too! Did not buy the Starbucks Christmas Cocoa tins as presents this year. I’ll buy chocolates from my local chocolate shop instead. Stam’s Chocolatier in Lafayette, CO has wonderful chocolates.

So fortunate that Rep. Neguse is my Representative!

It’s true Bobby! Acorn has many fun cozy mysteries. Brokenwood, a laugh out loud down-under mystery series. And a new one - Murder at Evensong. Agatha Raisin mystery too!

I just finished the last pint of Ben & Jerry’s. No more - I was buying it as a win-win, delicious ice cream that supported my values. MAGA destroys everything good in the world. It was great while it lasted.

I wonder what accounting firms have to say about their business going away.

Are they wearing crosses when they are spouting evil? To be clear these are not Christ followers. I am a Christian, and they are breaking a Commandment.

You wrote my exact thoughts! I don’t recognize Gov. Polis either. What happened?

I introduced the Ruth Galloway series to one of my book clubs and they are hooked! I’m thinking of rereading them too. I love all of her books, the Magic Men series and all.

Our Frosty had CIPF. We used an inhaler (for dogs), and an oxygen chamber for pets. Treatment options exist. A laser treatment can also be prescribed. Wishing you all the best.

For those of us living in Colorado in the early 1980s, we remember a time when forecasts were not worth much - not accurate by any measure. There ere fortunately few extreme weather events. Going back to inaccurate forecasts combined with extreme weather is a recipe for disaster.
