It's a pathetic response because if the UK government were to support a sporting boycott of Afghanistan, it would also have to support a sporting boycott of Israel. This, of course, would never happen - the many Friends of the racist ideology that is zionism would see that it didn't.

My concept of AI is an entity that has no actual volition, evil or not; but has human given intelligence and curiosity. So unless we can train it to understand the ethics of fairness, justice, and honesty, it will develop its own sense of right and wrong.

Good points Brian and liz; and here's a related thought: not many super rich people got to be that way without a few (or a lot) of bodies buried along the way there's always a link between wealth and criminality, even if it's just a questionable inheritance.

Almost every theory can be put to trial with believe it or not; this one peopled by imaginary sky beings, and fantacies with no believable evidence to back it up. I have been certain of two things for most of my life (about 14yrs on) that there is no such thing as a god.
