It’s quite feasible that Microsoft’s definition of “profitable” is different than yours or mine. So don’t assume theirs is the same as yours because it’s likely not.

Great advice! I went through the process and it was pretty easy.

As an aside, I don’t understand how the hyper-partisans manage to cope. It’s like every four years is either the greatest or worst time to be alive based on who is in power. Can’t be good for mental health.

This feels like a Hail Mary attempt to save Xbox hardware. Microsoft needs to spend millions upon millions to R&D a low volume box because PSN was down for ~23 hours?

Are sales expectations revised as the market changes through a game’s 5-10 year dev cycle? What does a pub do when projections turn toward a loss? I guess push to the end and recoup what you can? Or stop while you’re ahead?

The only doom and gloom around Xbox is the fanboy obsession the sales of a literal box, compared to other literal boxes. Last I checked we’re here to play games, regardless of the box.
