I live in the Midwest and drink iced coffee even during winter, and that should tell you all you need to know.
Here 3 days after you posted this, wondering where you got the nerve to complain about health care affordability when you just sold out the American people because... you don't care if you let us down because you're retiring?

I voted for you since I turned 18, all 3 cycles. And I feel betrayed.

@tizzyent.bsky.social I know you've used your platform before to advocate for progressive candidates throughout the country and wanted to introduce you to @terrellforcongress.bsky.social A progressive candidate fighting in the Democratic primary to represent IA-01.

Actually, it's not.

Illegally entering the United States in and of itself is a civil issue. And being found liable in a civil case isn't a crime. So... yeah.

Do you know who IS a criminal? Donald Trump. He was found guilty in a criminal court trial. Making him a criminal.

Say it again for the people in the back!

The whole grain audacity, I can't.

I mean, he already neglects IA-04 so throwing his energy at the pointless endeavor won't change much for them, except that it lays bear the contrast between Feenstra and Ryan Melton, who actually WANTS to work for IA-04, and has a plan to get shit done.

Keep in mind that their debt was from funding a botched Evel Knievel stunt and a staged wrestling match between Ali and a sumo wrestler...

But yes, forgive their debt they brought upon themselves for idiotic reasons, and go after people just trying to get an education.

When McMahon ran her failed Senate race in 2010 the campaign spokesperson had this to say "They repaid some of their debts ... but bankruptcy is fundamentally designed to create a fresh start."

Must be nice to have debt forgiven and move on your merry way with no remorse for the people you screwed.
April 23, 2025 at 4:29 AM
Speaking of debt forgiveness, let's talk about the McMahon's bankruptcy filing from 1976. $1 million in unpaid debt and 5 straight years of unpaid federal income tax.

Yet, 9 years later, they purchased a home worth nearly $4 million, adjusted for inflation.

If the VA wants to eliminate fraud, waste, and abuse, we should start with Secretary Collins and whoever is on this task force.

Agreed! Get that old hag Jan Schakowsky and her antiquated ideas about a single-payer healthcare system out of here! And what's up with her obsession with ensuring children have adequate after-school care programs. And Trans equality? And women's reproductive rights? She needs to go!

Wait...

55 minutes to go before you kick Strom Thurmond and his racist ramblings to the curb @booker.senate.gov, hang in there!!!

I missed this part of the "mandate from the American people" where anyone asked the Senate for this. Will the bank fees they collect be used to offer complimentary eggs in the bank lobby? This has to tie in to what people actually care about somehow, right? RIGHT?

They can't win in the courts, so they have to find some other bullsh*t way around unions.

Don't think for a second, this will stop with the Federal government. This is just the first step towards abandoning unions and worker's rights altogether.

This terrifies me, and it should terrify you too.
