IOnline KMS and KMS4k still work, just not KMS38.

Once you update and reboot, the message will go away. It's a bug acknowledged by MS.

PS: Upgrade to Professional is not strictly required. The ESU license file supports all variants of Home.

Windows Update (both detection and installer) only checks that this license is activated, it doesn't check the edition, so activating ESU on Home should be as stable as on Pro.

Change Edition script will automatically restart the computer.

Microsoft doesn't go after individual consumers, it's more cost effective for them to go after businesses that pirate multiple copies.

You could try using this driver and editing license files, though I dont know if it works on Windows 11:
