Yall my first ever personal training session was today and it was 💯 worth the money. Idk if it was because they assigned me a Female PT, but we had a blast and she explained everything in an easy way. Before I knew it, the session was over and now I'm not as afraid to workout on my own 🙌🏽 #GymSky

I scheduled a Personal Training session for next week and feel so proud of myself. My gym has some great people that really support you, if you're serious about your fitness journey. Sadly I can't afford PT weekly, but hopefully can do it once I get more hours at work 💪🏽 #GymSky #FitnessSky

I thought my main issue with starting YouTube would be my camera shyness. Turns out it's finding royalty free music and teaching myself how to actually edit the damn videos

I'm starting to think the air fryer is only good for quick snacks and not meal prep 💀 I keep following recipes to a T. But they never taste as flavorful, compared to when I cook on the stove. #Foodie
