SEPTA is:
- Installing cameras on trolleys across all five T routes in Philadelphia.
- This will enforce parking and stopping violations that block trolley movement.
- Targeting rollout this fall.

Not a big fan on his proposal on buses. As a general rule I don't think we should advocate for changes that reduce revenue steams to public transit. A vast majority of people prefer the tradeoff of a small fare for consistent reliable service v. less/no fare for inconsistent unreliable service

Removing parking requirements is a free housing development policy. Absurd Council doesn't take advantage in a cash-strapped city.

The increase price of gas should come in the form of a tax so that it can be reinvested in infrastructure (like public transit) and not to line the pockets of oil executives.

Removing parking minimums is a free way to decrease the cost of housing. Requires zero subsidy. Should be one of the first interventions council takes.
