Utah Jazz for always. She/her
You also need to provide proof of the diagnosis. It’s not just kids saying they have ADHD, they have to have proof from a Dr. It’s also on the student to provide the letter to the professor for each course, & professor’s aren’t supposed to provide help without it, as it makes it unfair if they do.

It’s also fairly hard to get accommodations? They can’t disadvantage other students. I tried to get them for my narcolepsy, because one professor made the class pitch black for slides and I always fell asleep. I was denied, because it would make it hard for other students to see the slides.

Most artists communicate extensively with you because of the permanent nature. I have one I got at 19 when hammered and that artist legit said to me “you can get the seahorse but I don’t know how to do fins” and my drunk ass said “that’s fine!” But even that shitty artist was upfront about it

Everyone is acting like he just went in and picked some flash off the wall & didn’t know what it was & I call bs as a heavily tattooed person. I wanted to get the area code where I live tattooed & the artist refused because it’s gang associated & they felt it wasn’t in my best interest.

People could also still choose hanging as an option in Utah in like the 80s???

The firing squad in Utah has a wild history. Gary Gilmore was the first person executed after the moratorium ended. Utah is 1 of 2 or 3 states that’s carried out executions with firing squads. It went away for a bit but came back (but some on death row still had the option when it was banned).

Public employees in Utah also can’t have land acknowledgments in their email signatures thanks to last years legislative session, but students can open carry and had concealed weapons on campus legally. Higher ed is being changed rapidly in Utah already & they’re looking at removing tenure

This is true. It was to make sure they weren’t violating HB 77 by fastening the pride flag to university property (the fence), because HB 77 prohibits flags like the pride flag from being displayed on campus.

Utah person here, this dude does like to talk about prayer a lot and is the same guy who asked us all to pray for rain, so kind of not surprised he said this unfortunately.

Your kids don’t need to know how to read if you’re spending state-funded education money on vacations and ski passes.

I love that he abbreviated Walter Reid to WR!. Anyone I know who has been at Walter Reid was not exactly excited about it, given they had been sent there because they stepped on an IED or have severe PTSD.

That was my thought - most of my friends don’t have money for more than a weekend getaway that’s driving distance but would choose Denver or LA over Vegas because of things to do and the cost/heat, and the ones who do are doing things like cruises around Japan, not going to Vegas.

Thank you! I’ll reach out to his Dr.

Ooooh that might work better than the rinse! I’ll look into them. Are they over the counter or prescribed? He’s hit or miss with vitamins. If the taste gets too far from gummy he freaks out and won’t use them.

I live in Utah, and they just passed state law to remove fluoride from the water. Cities and municipalities can’t override it. I’m furious. I’ve been trying different fluoride stuff like rinses but my 6 year old has insane sensory issues and is even in food therapy because of it. Soooo. 😩
