We ought to look around then and share/promote if we find a good place, and otherwise, like you say, witchy Bluesky folks could put something together.
I'll do some digging. I'll also look into what can be done with custom Feeds on Bluesky.

Ok, so you're thinking more about streaming. I was thinking more along the lines of a group forum. I mostly avoid Facebook and Facebook Groups, so that's why Discord came to mind. I haven't checked, but there are probably already Discord servers out there along our interests.

Yes that's probably where my mind is heading, unless someone has good ideas on how to better use Bluesky, like with Feeds or something.
I don't use Twitch much, but I've started using Discord recently and once I learned to deal with the clunky user interface I really started to like it.

I agree it's user interface is weird. But I stuck with it and adapted and now I love it.

Well here's my initial thoughts...
I like Bluesky for the simple chronological feed from followers, which is great for news/politics. I like it for finding like-minded folks. But it doesn't feel conducive to conversations.
So maybe custom feeds? Use Discord instead?

I do feel kinda weird talking about it on an open-to-all general-purpose social network. "In my day" (lol) we didn't openly talk about fight-club.
