The pacing and writing for the Urban Legends common route is already far better than the School Ghost Stories. I’m loving Sena and Koyo!

With that said, I enjoyed Hibiki as a character. His Godly end made me cry 😭 Such a bittersweet ending. Misa and Hibiki are a truly cute couple and I love them together 💜

I’ve finished Hibiki’s route and I have the same qualms about this routes pacing and writing as I did about the last one. Hibiki’s is very sad and there’s some angst, but the ending is very anticlimactic…I expected more 1/2

His character design is gorgeous, the CG’s were great, his voice actor is *chefs kiss* I just wish his route was executed better. Also, his endings are bittersweet. I teared up before the credits 😢

Once you get further into the route, it finally picks up the pace. The plot is a little weak but it’s still enjoyable! Kureha is very protective and sweet on Misa. His feelings for her are very genuine, not just shoehorned in for the plot.

I was so annoyed by the story basically coming to a halt and for you to choose to go find Kureha to have a “chat”. Like wtf? Why can’t this be info we learn while they’re on their way to complete a task? Just baffles me the way the writers set this up.

Now for my thoughts: the pacing for the common route and the first few chapters of Kureha’s route dragggg. There’s unnecessary filter to make his route stretch, which could have been used to add more lore. But ‘‘tis not so, unfortunately.
