Have you tried Midori MD Paper Thick? They're a thicker version of Midori's paper that has very little ghosting.
Clairefontaine is another option, the My Essentials notebooks are pretty good.

That TWSBI looks so pretty with the purple ink in it. Perfectly accents the green. 😊 You've got excellent taste in pens!
