When we get stuck in frozen mode, our life immobilised by fear, trauma and threat, the way out of that state is to begin to move. To move outward, to meet life. Even the physical act of walking may help in the healing - to physically step out and psychologically move forward!

What is success? For me, it will be to look back at the end of a long life and be able to say: I did more good than harm. To become harmless and kind is the greatest accomplishment!

If I light a path at all it is only because I have first crawled through darkness. If I give hope it is because I know what it is to be hopeless. If I am kind it is because I bear the shame of hurts I have done. If I am wise, it is because I found wisdom in the depth of folly!💚🌳🍃🧚‍♂️🌟
