AND so many medications are poisonous at the wrong dose. Definitely recommend finding a cedar tree and hanging out with it.

I wouldn't take it internally but I make a save from the oil I make with spring tips and it's a popular dandruff cleaner upper. If you are local I recommend Nicole @ raven's wing academy in Port Townsend for classes, but just walking with someone is so valuable, seeing it with your hands is key.
