the gop is obsessed with moral panics. most of those are aimed at harming marginalized people, including children.

this one happens to be directed at someone who was actually harming people. but that doesn't indicate any broader concern for vulnerable ppl.

the fact that the GOP cares about Epstein is not a sign of caring about children, who are generally targeted by gop policies for starvation, violence, disease, and death.

I'm not exaggerating. It literally says trans people can be banned from all facilities entirely leaving them with nowhere to go at all. Since this covers public restrooms, workplaces, gyms, etc, this is effectively a full on ban on the participation of trans people in British society.

There are already so few options for people with criminal records. This is outrageous.
