Closer to home, I always thought the dockside container handlers at the Napoleon Wharf in New Orleans were dead-ringers for the AT-ATs (Imperial ground force All Terrain Armored Transports).

The path of destruction in New Orleans is clearly indicated by Entergy's outage map. Arabi is actually just over the Orleans parish line, in St. Bernard, but it's still metro New Orleans. 3 miles west would have yielded a populated path 6x longer.
