Aside from the tools of the trade (torture) she is very fond of chains. She has this set that she can control at a distance and light on fire.

They are a *very* hands on kind of person! It's more fun that way!

Hi! She's the second in command at the District of Authority, so they pretty much manage everyone below them from the medical department to the guards. When it comes to their field though they like getting their hands dirty, literally and metaphorically.

Yes they can, they specialise in curses and transmutation magic! Aside from that they are good at shapeshifting, are naturally very flexible like rubber, very strong especially for their size, enhanced senses and magical chains.
