Huge unit... And I'm not convinced that the labradoodle is photoshopped.

It would be a 4.5 mile extension. But more valuable would be to extend the Brown Line 2 miles to the Jefferson Park station and room Brown line trains to O'Hare

I agree that this is an unattractive building. It's a little more attractive than the surface parking lot it is being built on, but not by much.

I agree - no standing to pee in that bathroom.

I don't agree with you with, Eric. his is not a distasteful kitchen. Do you want a 100 year old one? I generally like your posts.

What a beautiful city you live in Eric. I lived in Chicago in the 70's and loved it. I always thought I would live there again, but it didn't work out.

Couldn't you carve stone if that's what you want to do? Are there stone carvers in Chicago? I really hope so.

You made me laugh. I shop at a grocery outlet for the same reason.

That's tomato sauce, not tomato paste. Your recipe is similar to my dad's who grew up in Alpine Tx.

I'm sure it's possible. But don't you have to add water or beef stock?

Hello Eric. I've read your recipe and I'm a little skeptical that this will work. I have not made it so, I'm not completely sure. It seems that there is not enough moisture to cook the chili for 3 hours. Tomato paste is normally sold in 6 oz cans, not 8. Are you sure it's not tomato sauce?
