Just saw my doctors on 1/3/25
I have gained 10lbs of muscle in 6 months!
I have been lifting for nearly two years. What changed? I started focusing on diet and sleep, added sets, started tracking reps, and began supplementing with creatine
And i blew the fuck up

It was a T8 lol
But also i had loctite on that fastener. The first one came out okay, but the second one twisted the bit smh
Thankfully all my ratchets use either T6 or T8
But eventually I’ll want to replace this T7

I know how to do it, but damn the retainer will. Not. Budge. I’m gonna try applying heat and oil and see if that helps

have a push button. But then it occurred to me, the heads and anvils should have identical dimensions. So i simply swapped the anvils. Sure enough, they are perfect fits for each other
