So not music, but I bitch constantly when I’m creating ANYTHING. It’s work. Some bits are monotonous (quilting), & I always find a way to make whatever it is way more complex than the initial inspiration. But outsourcing it would make it NOT my creation. People don’t get this.

Couldn't believe my ears when that music AI guy said nobody actually enjoys making music. That ranks as one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Anybody who knows how to make music enjoys making music. Why would they have ever learned to do it if it didn't bring them joy?
