Finished off the next four unarmoured warriors for the Saxon Pillage! Warband. Based the same way as the armoured warriors to give some uniformity to the band. #wargaming #spreadthelard #miniaturepainting

What’s left to do for Pillage!? Well first, the Saxons with a chieftain and unarmoured warriors. Then for the Vikings, we have unarmoured warriors to add to the band. So about 9 miniatures. And I’ve built a couple of loot markers from the terrain pile! #wargaming #Pillage #spreadthelard

Meanwhile, I’ve finished my first batch of Saxons! That’s nearly half of what I need for a 300pt Pillage! Warband. I’m pleased with how they’ve come out, especially the basing scheme. #wargaming #miniaturepainting #spreadthelard

Test model for my CoC2 early warning (1942) Burma Indian Army platoon in khaki drill uniform. I’m pretty happy with this and it’s fairly quick to do. Just another 30+ to do… #wargaming #15mm #CoC #spreadthelard #CoCFarEast

Still running up some extras for CoC2 Far East. With the new rules providing an entrenchment for MMGs, I’m going to work up a few of them using bamboo and air drying clay. And another roadblock using similar materials. #spreadthelard #wargaming #terrain #15mm #CoC

For a variety of reasons, Remembrance Day is a bit emotional for me. I fully agree with the ‘remember them’ ethos behind it. I find it easier to visit the quiet cemetery near me, remember my mates and this old lad from the Glider Pilot Regt, one of the AAC’s predecessors. #AAC #Gliderpilotregiment

Two sets of roadblocks for CoC completed. Tree stumps dug into a track as a basic set that will work well for a hasty block in Burma and Czech hedgehogs for when you absolutely don’t want that tank in your backyard… #CoC #wargaming #spreadthelard #15mm
