Small update this time around.
The main addition this time is the inclusion of extra stages to the R+Start lists for stage alts, including Smashville time-of-day variants and other existing stages.
This build also includes fixes since the last WI release, and all new content from P+ 3.1.5. enjoy 🙂

Use the L+Start list for additional stages that aren't reskins.
Press R+Start on the Random button to randomly choose from any available reskin.
These lists will be expanded in future updates.

All build themes have been fully modernized with new features from P+, such as Random Teams, hazard toggle functionality, custom port colors, and other updates.

The Netplay build code menu uses new override settings for hidden alt costumes, removing the need to hold the button each time.
The Ordered stage choice override can be set to force even stage distribution for netplay friendlies (this functions the same as in the Rules menu).
