Treasury secretary, Scott Bessent on CNBC school this morning. I don’t like the CBO scoring, but I like how they scored the tariffs. So he likes the parts of the CBO scoring that he agrees with. Typical republican cherry picking.

Senator Murkowski has stated the Big Beautiful Bill isn’t that great (my paraphrase) and she needed carve outs to protect her constituents (again my words). I’m thinking she could have protected the 733,000 Alaskans by voting no. Now millions of people will suffer.

My federal tax refund was deposited directly into my account today. It was labeled IRS stimulus cheGck. So does anybody know if am I still gonna get my IRS refund check or has this just been renamed it IRS stimulus check. Seem like DOGE’s work If anybody knows I’d appreciate an answer.

Watching the Trump press conference concerning the horrible tragedy, the plane crash in Washington DC last night. It took him about two minutes to start blaming Joe Biden. I have no words. And now he’s blaming DEI. Using the tragedy to make a political statement. So tone deaf.
