If you think I said something weird, it was the autism

His Holy Steward of Margaritaville the Salt Life Pope, Doctrine Chief Cardinal of the Daytona Beach Papacy

"doesn't give two shits about 9/11"

God's favorite mistake
Tom Petty is basically accessible Bob Dylan (I mean this to be neither negative or positive)

But if you don't like The Band I don't think I can explain it to you

If The Jesus And Mary Chain weren't abrasive and off-putting (complimentary) they wouldn't be The Jesus And Mary Chain

I liked the first two!

Yeah it felt like they wrote a six hour movie and cut it down to two hours and in the process completely forgot about all the things they were setting up. Like it seemed like they were setting up a point about generational trauma there in the beginning and that went fucking nowhere

Like if it was trying to show that "nature was healing" and show a contrast between a world without humans and people still clinging to the scraps of civilization that would make sense. But it seems like it was just because it looked cool?
November 23, 2025 at 6:13 AM
And that would totally work for me in a different movie, but it seemed totally unmotivated if that makes sense? It felt like it was making a point visually but I dont know what the point was and I found it distracting

It felt like the execution was off. Like the greens and yellows in particular stood out and were very vivid but in a way that contrasted really strangely with the characters who were very drab, and the gas station that said "hell" (which I genuinely loled at)
November 23, 2025 at 6:13 AM
Oh really? Maybe it was just the computer monitor then. The green in particular seemed really bright and unnatural

Like if those effects had been used in a good movie for a specific purpose I would have liked them, but they seemed so out of place in this movie that I found them distracting
November 23, 2025 at 5:51 AM
Really? I watched it on my computer so maybe it looked worse but I hated the way the color looked. It looked very off and dreamlike, but not intentionality. It was shot really well, but the color and the blurriness bothered me

I know that you think this makes you look clever and I just want you to know that it doesn't

Amazon is a colossus of human immiseration so "getting" bezos for Epstein shit really feels like getting Capone for tax evasion

I'm usually good in public but I'm feral at home. I have a big beard and a small mouth and that makes sauce difficult logistically
November 22, 2025 at 7:28 PM
People used to give me shit for only eating boneless wings when in public, but that is a cross that I bear for the good of other people
November 22, 2025 at 7:23 PM
Yeah but then someone will invent a brand new type of catagorization or something in order to write a fifty page essay about why their oc is bad and that'll help someone classify bugs or something

Michaelangelo is the one I think of when I think of historical people with autism and it's a perfect example of why the government should just pay autistic people to hyper fixate

That is a cute house

The union Jack at the end is a nice little treat

Just put on Disco Elysium and leave the room

Is the concern adult content? Or like system complexity? The early BG games are pretty tame if I remember correctly, and so is Divinity 2 and that was made by the same people as BG3. Pillars is pretty tame as well
