Life has been moving so fast and I’m learning to slow down! It’s hard! But I just woke up and drank coffee on the couch. Not at my desk. But sitting and relaxing. I want to take a walk and read a book (not for work) and reply to messages. I just want to slow tf down!

Also, what happens to people when they move to joburg? All of a Sunday people stop taking pictures. All my friends went through this phase.

Learning to sit with my feelings without the pressure of accounting for them. Sometimes the epiphany is immediate, but most often it takes time.

I’m trying to allow myself to feel emotions. When I’m annoyed I try an express it more. And damn a lot of things have been annoying the fukc out of me!
