Noticed this too. On the home screen, the "new post" button gets booted over to the bottom right, as an icon. (Took me a while to find it, though.) When viewing a post, it completely disappears.

Her initial post asks for help from a community member, as her doctor's new clinic doesn't offer means to get in touch via email or online app, and Anna can't use the phone. She explains her need further: "Everything is on hold so she [Anna's doctor] needs to provide paperwork due months ago, contact various people & a Iot more. I can’t even email the clinic. If can’t get that done then booking a video appointment will have to do."

Hospitalisation numbers are significantly worse: 129 so far in 2025, including a few vaccinated. 92 children. (From p2. The number you cited was from a subset.)
Overall, 7.2% (n=129) of outbreak cases have required hospitalization, and 0.6% (n=10) were admitted to the ICU (Table 2). Of those hospitalized, 93.8% (n=121) were unimmunized, including 92 children.

Anna has explained that she can pay rent, but she will need some care assistance. She has already qualified for funding support for this, so can provide for meals and some care hours. There’s a prospect of Carer’s Allowance if the person can assist her long-term. Once she has secured a room in a safe home, she will need a way to move safely, with consideration for her severe ME and mitigating infection risk in the process. She’ll also need funding for moving costs, and aids until she has access to the NDIS. Alongside all this, she needs a disability advocate with experience of complex cases who can assist her in tandem. Separately, she is looking for someone in Australia, preferably in Victoria, to help do verbal communication tasks. It’s shameful that a person living with severe ME in a wealthy and enormously-resourced country can count on neither the state or specialist services to help her get care, and leave an abusive household.
