Hello! This is the first ever official appearance of a TTRPG system I have been working on for the last few months. I've had friends helping me along the way, and feel im at a point where I can begin to display some things

The goal of duels is to make fights feel more intimate, and to have a place for players that avoid duels, creating an alternative hit and run style of gameplay! There's more on dueling but this is whay I'll share for now!

In a duel, the participants are locked together in movement, to move away, from the opponent is to entice an opportunity of attack which has been removed from basic combat.
A duelist can't target another target until the duel is ended or broken, ot they take opportunity attack.

If two opponents clash in combat for 2 uninterrupted turns, and if they're isolated from any other combatants.
A duel will take advantage of weapons "Parry and DR(Damage Reduction" values, and stances will be amplified during a duel.

Gnoukhi are pack hunters that live within the snowy northern regions, there long slender bodies let them maneuver even the densest of forests, and there secondary, large claws let them skate across the ice and trot through the snow silently.
Theyre the first of many creatures were working on!

Its still in the early processes, and will see revisions, but Im close to a first working model. Currently I'm just needing to finalize the race info, explain the armor system (Which is going to be a modular system, meaning equipment and armor have different defensive abilities) And much more

I've actually written ALOT out, Im going to be sharing first draft maps I've made (Theyll probably get revision as I grow the world)
I've settled on 23 species EACH unique and designed by me and a small team
And I've written out alot of the rules and done minor testing with a friend

So far what I can share is a sneak peak at how weapon combat can be diverse!
Melee users will always come with 7 forms.
Strike, Strong, Nimble, Precision, Evasive, Guarded, and Parry forms! Each form will offer unique ways to engage combat. Making a mechanic called "Dueling" even more interactive!
