The Spring Cleanup at Rocky Point Community Forest yielded 1,120 lbs. of litter! It was a beautiful blustery spring day to tidy our cherished local park.

Winyah Rivers Alliance, represented by SELC, finalized a settlement with Fiber Industries, LLC, a plant based in SC. WRA challenged the amount of 1,4-dioxane that a new permit would allow Fiber to discharge into Black Creek, a tributary of the Great Pee Dee River.
