DeSantis' idea of abolishing property tax will disproportionately hurt Florida renters and middle-class homeowners. People with $15 million homes can afford to pay their fair share (or they can go elsewhere). Florida needs more wealth creators, NOT more wealth hoarders

Florida cities are not helpless against DeSantis’ attempts to force his dystopian policies on them. California "Trump-proofed" itself, and cities can "DeSantis-proof" themselves via legal, economic, & political tools to protect their sovereignty & prevent undue harm to their residents.
