I have a rare disease that has had little research. Now, it never will be.

And then what? Do we all move in with our kuds? Or live on the streets?

I'm also a former nurse, struck down by a painful, chronic nerve disorder that isn't curable. I tried so hard to stay working.

If we ignore it, maybe she will just go away. She wants the attention.

Every day. Some days it isn't as severe, but they are few. I now added heart problems to the list. Medicare helps me get needed medical care. I am scared, there isn't much I can do, I can't fight, I have trouble being able to even care for my home. I am the type of person this regime wants dead.

It took over 3 years and multiple times of applying & a lawyer to get Social Security Disability. I would really rather be working at the career I loved. The $ helps make sure I have a home, it is significantly less than what I could earn. There is no cure, I am in pain every day, I feel sick...

Not fit the narrow areas they were obligated to help accommodate me. All I wanted was a chance to continue working away from the bedside, to see if I could keep going. I ended up with no other option than disability. My 28.5+ year career was gone. My sense of self was shredded. I felt defeated.

It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. After all there were "good people on both sides" in Charlottesville.

I don't want the U.S. to consume Canada. Even though I am in the U.S. I hope Canada stays united and gives the U.S. a black eye. Boycott any products from the U.S. and boycott travel here. Please!

Apparently, even though I worked at social security tax paying jobs from the age of 13 until I developed a nerve disease at age 51, I am one of those "parasites."

I'm considering going back to my maiden name just because of this.
