WIP of a booknook I'm making for my MiL. All the books in it are openable. The 'cement' in the bricks is a touch too dark but it's not terrible. All the books were made from etsy PDFs and are openable.

My grandfather had a "Best of Life" Life Magazine coffee table book of historical photography. Two pictures that always stuck with me were of WWII collaborators/traitors getting called out. I bought the book again just to have those pictures.

Finished my Mr. Villain's Day Off fanart. Did the line-art in clipstudio, printed it super pale, and then colored it in acrylic and alcohol markers.

It looks kind of like one of mine. It's a tentaculata (I think? I know they're super prone to hybridizing so who knows).

My African lungfish recently passed. He was 16 years old (that first picture was taken when he was only one year old, I am much older/huskier now). Sad pet posting but also I thought you might appreciate a weird little guy in the mix.

Painted some more bits for future gelatinous cube dice. I used sepia and umber washes on the skulls. The swords were fun to do, too. Putting the disembodied teeny limbs in a separate comment in here to spare the timeline. #d&dminiatures #miniatures

Finally made some gelatinous cube dice I'm satisfied by. Probably as good as I can get without a pressure pot. They have tiny skulls and weapon bits and liquid cores for stuff to slosh around.
