Yeah, it's pretty worrying.

It's clearly affecting their Xbox division with daily bad press eroding brand trust.

It also affects Microsoft holistically since Xbox is a very public aspect of their business. Destroying consumer trust to chase AI for investors just seems really stupid to me.
