@chrislhayes.bsky.social What would it mean if Schumer got played by his secret Republican source? Does his actions prolong the pain? Will we still need a full (peaceful) revolt to end the destruction, but now, Trump has another 6 months to do his harm? Was Schumer always going to be the sacrifice?

@schumer.senate.gov I’m listening to your interview again, and I am more certain now that you can’t hear what people are telling you. Chris tried to get you to hear that you had the opportunity to communicate with the American people, and you sidestepped the point.

@schumer.senate.gov Stop referencing the Magna Carta. It doesn’t have anything to do with our democracy, besides its influence on the writers of the constitution. I will remind you that those men came from the aristocracy, which the Magna Carta was designed to support not the people of England.

@msnbc.com The absence of Joy and Alex last night put a visual and crit hole in the analysis of the joint session, and it was obvious. If not for Rachel, I doubt I would’ve watched it all, and I did turn it off 10 mins into the B team’s coverage when in the past I’ve left it on in the background.
