I have the interesting problem of a) hating going to bed and b) having full control of when I get tired bc I take meds for sleep. So naturally, when I want to stay up late, I just don’t take my meds. Then I’m grumpy and tired. Is this a problem of my own making? Yes. Do I care? Absolutely not.
