"(Don't) Discuss The Nature Of The Test" is the kind of vague, threatening corporate language I'd expect to see in the margins of the MIND MGMT rule book.

Saying that to the designer of Wingspan sure is, again, a fascinating decision.

I didn't even realise he worked at AEG, I thought he was just some random industry bellend. The fact he was shitting on his own company's games to promote AI sure is...a plan, I guess. Was he trying to get fired on purpose?

It's also just objectively inaccurate. "The best players could beat chess computers 15 years ago". That was 2011. Kasparov lost to a computer in 1997. I don't trust the opinions of a man who can't be bothered to google such a basic fact.

Oh, so you hate Waffles, huh

Chess has, what, 6 unique pieces with different movement mechanics plus 1 standard game board, and people have written countless books and papers on the intricate strategies of it.

Only Otacon gets to see those pictures normally.

Maybe Kingston got to her as well. Man's on a spree. You gave him the taste for murder.

I had to cut a couple words for Character Limit reasons, but I think you misread what I was saying. I didn't say Maths and Science lead to better mechanics, I was saying pretty much what you said, they lend themselves better to designing mechanics, IE it's an easier/more logical transition.

Off the top of my head, Knizia and Rosenberg have maths degrees. Maths and science lends itself better to designing game mechanics, whereas history and literature are better for theming. A game can get by on good mechanics alone, but not so much on theme, so I think there's a weeding out process.

I read it in Alfred Coleman's Eggman voice.

isn't that literally r/TheDonald which started as a pisstake before true believers co-opted it?

Man, remember that time she was so transphobic, even transphobic friend of Jeffrey Epstein, Elon Musk, asked her to tone it down?

FBC: Firebreak, technically.

Is that the Belgian lad that does the splits real fancy-like?
February 10, 2026 at 11:30 PM
Didn't they literally just release an online-only game that flopped so badly 90% of people reading it won't know it even existed? (I only remember it because of the commandersterling.bsky.social review)

Damn, can't believe Maffew Botchamania is dead. Bummer.

Somehow...

Maybe he was trying to get a match with HHH. There was a story yesterday where Nash said he was supposed to wrestle Punk in 2011, but HHH demanded to go over Punk instead after Punk made a comment about Steph off-script.

His hit musical "Springtime for Trump" is gonna go crazy, tbh.

Kinda interesting you're so far from Suda, considering you're officially an employee of Grasshopper. Woulda thought he'd be closer than Kojima
February 9, 2026 at 6:26 PM
On the bright side, at least you're clear of any libel laws. You were clearly talking about close associate of Jeffrey Epstein "Boby Kotic" which may or may not be an alias used by a former games industry executive and his illiterate child trafficking friend in a plausible deniable way.
February 9, 2026 at 5:11 PM
So I take it you're probably not on the Kotick family Christmas card list for the foreseeable future.

I just watched the MagicMush video on X-Play. Apparently really hating the Japanese was just standard video game journalism back in the day.

In fairness, at least banning porn won't tank the Washington Post's stock. This isn't The Sun.
