I think I understand now why the felon fired Preet during his first term in office. Preet would have that stuff out there front and center the minute he was legally able to reveal it.

I expect the adults who get assigned this project will slow walk the F out of it. They will drag it out till the felon loses interest, leaves office, or dies. Then the whole thing will be quietly forgotten.

Impeachment is warranted, but you’re right; unless Republican senators and representatives have a big change of heart, conviction is unlikely. I’d be encouraged if Congress found its courage, asserted its authority as a coequal branch government, and stopped his BS cold.
