Sincerely didn't even log into any socials to actively do anything till now cuz had no energy to speak from under the badly timed and poorly valued uni tasks and going to job interviews. Got a C2 eng certificate tho, yay! The brooch and cuffs i made somewhere end-october but forgot to show off

(I also really love the structure and palette of the set of garments Obe's wearing, and his singular glove and the bandages on the marked hand, suits him well)

Also the way Cass is holding him by the scruff in the coloured sketch and how small he seems compared to her — literally a kitten 🐾 i can't they're so cute! Thanks for giving us some more of their backstory moments!! Amazing artwork!

He clutches his staff so desperately, trying to hold himself up and probably scared of what's to come, straight out of a traumatic situation and into another one, yet unused to Cass' presence and her reactions 🥹 by gods i hope this guy got some rest and blankets at some point

Congratulations 🎉 happy (belated) playthrough anniversary! With all due respect and appreciation, your little guy looks like the wettest saddest little cat imaginable and even though this gives me some cuteness aggression as is, I'm really glad to see how far he'd come since then!!

They definitely are making it easier to piece out the details of the painting when viewing it full-sized due to anchoring the peripheral vision onto the corners, at least for me. Gorgeous artwork!!

Also the absolutely delightful detail is their shared halo, and how it resembles Obe's staff and Cass' eye-ornaments in its spikiness! And dear gods those poppies are absolutely gorgeous,

Both of them having their eyes closed, trusting eachother and heavily aware of not being in combat anymore, allowing themselves to rest for but a moment, shared between them and no one else, so beautiful!

I don't have words enough to express just how gentle this entire piece feels, despite and in tandem with its grim details and dark arrangement, but it is always the contrast that brings even the most miniscule shades of an emotion out in its utmost radiance, and all the more in this painting.

Also the distorted, geometrical and exceedingly vibrant image of Obelerio and his cursed hand at the end is SO MAGNIFICENT, it takes up enough space to amke you pause befor reading the final words, and it accentuates them SO WELL that you can literally feel the weight of their meaning.

I love the flowy lines in the skies of the open areas, they add so much spice to the directional feeling of the painting overall!🤌
