We've had three oranges.

Two were whip smart.

Our current one, not so much.

However, he was a bin rescue along with his sister (in a garbage bag), and we suspect has actual brain damage.

Pretty sure that's a yes. Or at least a version of it.

Thoroughbred engines, pretty much the same HP as an 80 class Alco powered loco, in a much smaller package. Obviously, not near the torque.

Damn, starting to feel old with the XPT's approaching retirement.

Pretty much the same working life as I will have had.

In early days, had a habit of throwing con-rods out the side of the engine. Not ideal.

Used to do engine oil testing for this, had the power to stop an XPT anywhere, anytime.
