I see a lot of frustration in the comments. And rightly so as long as the Ds in office do statements and little else. But I will argue there has to be fed up Rs in office who can stop this too. Switch parties. Give control of congress to Dems. Vote new leadership for Dems and turn this ship around.

I’m really curious if oil companies are going to invest Billions for this kind of oil. I’m not an expert but the ROI in the long term doesn’t seem worth it. Especially when Orange man is gone and Venezuela is saying no the US will not run their country.

I disagree that’s its political theater. I feel, and I could be wrong, that Dems not doing something because it will look like theater gives people the impression they are doing nothing. I would rather see articles of impeachment every time T breaks law than throwing up hands and doing nothing.
