One of the most interesting wines we enjoyed this year was this old vines Verdejo by Bodegas Yllera. Crafted using fruit from the sandy soils of Segovia, it was bold & well rounded while still being refreshing. Will pair well with food or by itself on a hot sunny day. Salud! 🥂

Tonight’s winner was this 2018 DeLoach Vineyards Pinot Noir. Crafted for the Sonoma County Barrel Auction, only 5 cases were produced. The wine was elegant with fruit that was both alive & subtle. Grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy this one on a day like today. Happy Thanksgiving friends!
