「 Gundam Requiem for Vengeance 」

Of course I HAD to watch a Gundam show set in the mother land 🤭. I liked the brevity of the show especially since it's not doing anything SUPER unique to Gundam. BUT BANDAI NEEDS TO STOP INTRODUCING MORE GUNDAMS DURING THE ONE YEAR WAR.

「 Jujutsu Kaisen 」

Such a great read, with a truly insane chokehold on internet culture during its runtime. I can't wait to watch the show as more seasons get released, and I will most definitely get the box set for this when one comes out.

「 The Elusive Samurai 」

Insanely well animated show, just a real rollercoaster from gags to intense action. I still don't know how literal I'm supposed to take the historical asides lol. Great shit all around.

「 My Deer Friend Nokotan 」

I will deerly miss this show, a great weekly with some fun gags. And going home to watch "the deer show" with my parents was pretty fun. Always got a few chuckles each episode.

「 Arcane Season 1 」

「 Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress 」

Such a fun drama packed into only 12 episodes! I genuinely think this should have AT LEAST been a full 24 episode series but with where it ended up I had a reallu fun time watching!

The art direction is also just amazing in the show, so many good designs 🤤

「 The Boys: Season 4 」

Mon coeur, this shit is epic....

「 The Peanut Butter Falcon 」

Just a really sweet and cute movie, a fantastic cast and a fun setting too. I fully recommend watching this movie at least once it's such a great story, while not the most complex it absolutely feels rewarding to see it through to the end.

「 Delicious in Dungeon 」

(Read the manga, in case it wasn't obvious)

But holy shit can Ryōko Kui COOK (🤭) . I was blown away by the scale and connectivity of the whole world and its themes. Dare I say, it nearly gets to AoT levels of plot weaving....

I will ABSOUTELY be buying this manga someday.

「 Whiplash 」

Simply a fantastic and gripping story that you really can't put down until the finish, I can easily see why it's so heavily recommended to so many. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

「 Jarhead 」

A lot better than I expected honestly. I watched the trailer and expected it to play out similary to "Full Metal Jacket", but I was quite surprised to find it quite different! I'm a big fan of looking into the minds of characters and what makes them 'tick.'

「 Road House 」

Definitely not the most insane story-telling seen on the big screen, but it's fun. A good campy movie to watch with friends. 👍

「 Invincible 」

Absolutely insane, just incredibly well-written and put together. Robert Kirkman is a fucking INCREDIBLE author. I especially love how adult the conversations are, no baby hand-holding with this shit. I don't think I'll forget this story for a very long time.

「 Delicious in Dungeon 」

FOOD, ACTION, and STUDIO -FUCKING- TRIGGER!!!
It's just so much fun. I found some issues with some plot beats here and there, but it's really not hard to push those aside because this show is not meant to be taken THAT seriously. So grab a snack and enjoy this little treat!

「 Frieren: Beyond Journey's End 」

I'm not at all surprised with the amount of love this show has gotten! What a fantastic setting and wonderful cast of characters that occupies it! Had a good balance of silly escapades alongside proper tense action, overall very good.
