for me the biggest giveaway is something you didn't even mention, which is the lighting/shading. all the highlights and reflections seem to just be random and don't indicate a clear light source, and yet the rest of the image is completely flat. no shadows, no shading, no sense of depth, nothing.

The fact that it got gentrified to be explicitly Christian too is just the icing on the cake
