Ye. I've gotten 1:00 am tornado warnings before. The way I have it set up on my phone is that for a tornado warning or flash flood warning I get a call, a text, an email, and a push notification from multiple apps.

When I went to a girl scout camp like gosh 20 years ago now, we literally had people who stayed up at night and literally went and woke people up if they got a weather alert. Or use the tornado sirens. I've had discussions in the past with Texas who've said they've used tornado sirens for other 1/2

During COVID a lot of covid patients from rural Missouri had to be transferred to KC, StL, Omaha, or even DFW. Which ended up further straining an already strained system.
