In the fourth scene, the shark is completely adapted to life on the surface. It uses plants as rudimentary clothing and builds a shelter of clay and shells under a mangrove tree. It is pouring nectar from a broken coconut into a small bowl. The fifth scene depicts a shark in a developed tribal society, wearing more elaborate clothing and carrying a wooden spear adorned with its own teeth. In the background are huts with conical roofs. The sixth image shows a shark in a similarly medieval era, wearing an elegant tunic and holding a crosier with a lunar symbol. He knees before an unknown human figure. Palaces with domes appear in the background. The seventh image represents an era similar to the Enlightenment or Industrial Age. The shark wears sophisticated clothing reminiscent of an engineer's and holds up an invention: a flask filled with glowing liquid that powers a light bulb.
