"Microgravity" is another fun one. Using the theory that objects are attracted to other objects of larger mass to give each person their own gravitational pull if you are tiny enough

I find it's a bit of a balance of giving enough of an explanation to justify but also suspend your disbelief. For instance, I used some theories about perception of time being relative to mass and speed to explain how tinies living on a person's body perceive a day as a year etc.
