Yea, those are the poles, I think. Neither that likely but both plausible. I just don't think many other teams have that wide a range of outcomes for this season so that may complicate trading this year's pick.

That isn't the worst idea. It might be hard to talk Brad into sending their pick because it's such a volatile asset. This could be a playoff team ready to make a push with Tatum coming back early (unlikely) or they just fizzle out/Brown gets hurt and then it's like a top 5 pick.
