Start doing em on your knees until you develop more tricep strength + scale how many you can do with “proper form”… meaning if you can only do 5 good ones, do 5 for 2 weeks then add 1 more, etc etc until you can do the number you want. (Also try doing planks to practice how 2 keep your back) 💪🏾
